ME Filter & windows 2008 64bit
My preference is to use access but when I followed the instruction to setup a system dsn for this there where no mdb drivers only sql ones - seems there are non for 64 bit... so I setup using the sql drivers but is it still and odbc string in the configuration of databases section of the console and setup an sql database using the scripts you provided ... doesn't seem to be working though - what can I check

The string for the database connection doesn't have to point to an ODBC connection, just use the DSN details for your SQL connection.

You say it doesn't seem to be working, more details needed.
